Fossil Yellow

Fossil Yellow Limestone, as its name suggests, is a yellow-hued sandstone composed of millions of marine mollusk shells. This composition gives the stone a truly unique texture. It is highly resistant to sunlight, rain, and extreme temperature changes, making it exceptionally durable. The sandstone is of Spanish origin, specifically from the province of Albacete.

    Applications of Fossil Yellow Sandstone

Thanks to its composition, this sandstone allows for various finishes, such as honed, brushed, and sandblasted. However, in most cases, it is installed in its natural cut form. It is an ideal material for exterior areas, swimming pools, facades, and locations near marine environments prone to corrosion. Its high durability and fast absorption, particularly with an open-pore finish, make it perfect for outdoor use.
